1. My brain feels like jam when I attempt to write 🥲
2. I’ve become better at just shrugging it off saying I’ve done my part.
3. I let emotions flow even when it might cause immediate “negative” consequences and/or feedback because emotional congestion is bad for me and everyone around me.
4. I still don’t love standing up for myself but I realize until I start giving myself the amount of respect I give others, I won’t ever understand what self-love means.
